In my role as principal lead for TRIM (Turf Remote Inspection Module, Grass Height Sensor) I lead a team from multiple departments, agencies & external vendors (IT, operational team, GovTech support team, NParks turf maintenance contracts and SpaceAge Labs Pte Ltd) to materialize the concept within deadline and deliver on demonstrations to the media and news outlets. Right now the project is undergoing commercialization and will be ready to roll out once relevant processes are due.Within the Municipal Landscape division, I have lead for GIS (Geospatial Information System) workflow and responsible for managing the divisional ability to utilize GIS software (ArcGIS) and incorporate relevant GIS tools into the daily operational needs of the division.In addition to managing daily operational needs, I am also the lead in operational risk management and responsible for obtaining workflow to be certified for ISO 9001:2015. The Municipal Landscape Division has adopted the certified workflow for the years 2018 - 2020. Since Apr 2021, Municpal Landscape Division have merged with Streetscape Division.I am a big believer that digitization will empower and enable private sector and public service to new levels of efficiency and operative ability, especially with the rapid changing landscapes of today’s work.

To sum it up, due to the nature of work, it is rather difficult to specialize in a specific work scope. It is inevitable to be multi-tooled in order to support the role with better effectiveness.I do take personal ownership in knowledge and skillset improvements be in attending courses through work or simply learning it via Youtube or self discovery.Work is no longer just being good at what you do. Work is an integrated part of my life and enjoying work is key to work-life balance in a post-covid world. I look forward to working with you.
